  1. Type in your First Name, Last Name and Zip Code, Birth Month and Year and then click the "Submit" button.
  2. Click the "Request Absentee Ballot" link found under the Quick Links heading.
  3. Complete requested information and submit.

Important Deadlines:

Voters Requesting an Absentee Ballot July 7, 2020 4:30 pm
Return a voted absentee ballot July 10, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
Military, overseas, and hospitalized voters July 11, 2020 at 8:00 p.m.

Who’s Eligible

  • Seniors 65 and older
  • Disabled/Homebound
  • Resident of a nursing home
  • Affected by COVID-19
  • At higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19 due to serious underlying medical conditions as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
  • Subject to a medically necessary quarantine or isolation order as a result of COVID-19
  • Advised by a health care provider to self-quarantine due to COVID-19 concerns
  • Experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and seeking a medical diagnosis
  • Caring for an identified individual who is subject to a medically necessary quarantine or isolation order as a result of COVID-19 or who has been advised by a health care provider to self-quarantine due to COVID-19 concerns
